Earn Your Instrument Rating: 40 hours of instrument training and 50 hours of cross-country flight as pilot-in-command. Learning instrument flight rules (IFR) empowers you to fly in adverse weather conditions and is the next step after completing your PPL. You’ll need to meet the flight hours requirement and pass knowledge and flight exams. * Pricing varies based on your schedule and ability to progress through training.
